Transfer Songs from Your iPod to Your PC

Have you ever deleted songs from your computer that you put on your iPod? Then later, when you wanted to put the songs back onto your computer, iTunes wouldn't let you? Here is a quick guide to getting all your music back to your PC without any downloaded software.

  1. Connect your iPod to your pc.

  2. Go to Start, My computer, and click on your ipod.

  3. Now go to Tools at the top, then Folder Options, Then hit the view tab, and make sure
    that show hidden files and folders is checked.

  4. Now Click Click on the Folder "iPod Control" (without quotes). And then click the folder "Music" (also without quotes).

  5. Now these are all your songs in these folders. Just copy and paste all your songs to a different folder on your iPod and voila! You have your songs back.
